The publisher maintains regular backups of the journal's Open Journal Systems database, article files, metadata, and associated publishing resources to support recovery in the event of technical failure or data loss.

QTJ is committed to maintaining appropriate long-term digital-preservation arrangements for published content.

Only preservation services in which QTJ's participation or deposit status can be independently verified are identified publicly as active preservation partners.

Published articles are assigned persistent Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to support durable identification and linking.
