ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES AND PUBLICATION FEES

Qubahan Techno Journal (QTJ) charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 750 for manuscripts accepted for publication.

There is:

• no submission fee;
• no peer-review fee;
• no payment required before acceptance;
• no additional page charge; and
• no mandatory additional charge for standard figures, color publication, or supplementary materials.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received final editorial acceptance.

The APC supports editorial administration, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, online publication, metadata management, platform maintenance, and other publishing services.

Payment of the APC has no influence on:

• initial editorial screening;
• reviewer selection;
• peer-review reports;
• revision requirements;
• acceptance; or
• rejection.

Editorial decisions are made independently of financial considerations.

QTJ does not authorize unauthorized third parties to collect publication charges on its behalf.

Authors should make payments only through official journal or publisher channels.
